I am suffering from chronic headache and the doctor prescribed some medicine to me .due to that medicine I face dehydration and dry eyes and I have to work on the computer for around 14 hours a day. I am a freelancer. I have to use eye droops every hour.in past I was using every (sodium hyaluronate (0.1% w/v) preservative-free) but it was discontinued in India .so my doctor said to use cystone ultra it has a self-dissolving preservative. I want to know if using cystone ultra 14 times in a day will have any side effects on my eyes or is it completely safe?

Dear user, you can use the systane eye drops but not too much and also make sure you do not develop a habit as later on you will have chronic dry eye. Asj your doctor to adjust the headache medication dose or change the medication. If you are sitting in front of a screen for a longer period, you will have to use blue light blocking glasses as they will reduce the strain in your eye. You can consult me for more doubts regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment however, if you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
