My father had a cough and cold for 2 days but now its almost over, but he has a fever since last night and it's around 103. It comes downs to 101 but not much. The main issue is, as I told his cough is almost over but since morning when he was standing and cough bit hard, he gets fainted and falls straight on the floor and woke up just after 2 to 3 seconds but he is not aware that he fainted and fell. It happened twice since morning. He is a high bp patient, and he takes telma am on a daily basis, but since morning his bp is quite low, in the morning it was around 105/68, but now it is 111/58. Can anyone please tell me why this is happening and what we can do about this? Please.

You have not given a proper history of cough as whether he has productive cough (with phleghm) or dry cough or or with breathlessnes accordind to the further complaints you have given your father should consult a good general physcician at the earliest so that he/she can examin you and refer you to the relevant specialities.
