My son is 27 months old. He is puking since 4 days, inspite of giving him vomikind and doctor suggested to start antibiotics, started that too. He had fever for 2 days, now fever is not there. He is not eating anything at all. Though till date it was only puree form he used to have. Now he just doesn't want to have anything at all. I am so worried. His weight is also just 9.5 kg. Please help.

Don't force to eat. If he demands or you want to give first give syrup ondem 5 ml and wait for 10 min. Then give what he wants. Weight is bit less but will improve as appetite improves. Can give pure raw honey 1tsf daily.
