I drink a lot of water throughout the day and don't eat much spicy foods. But I have overheat. I will get a watery mouth, mouth ulcers, dry eyes, and feel like hot vapors are coming out of my face. Please help me reduce the excessive heat.

Dear user, avoid any meat or meat products, milk, alcohol, fruits like pineapples and coffee. Instead drink more fresh juice, citrus fruits, green vegetables like lettuce and broccoli. Buttermilk is also good as it will help bring the temperature down.
