Hi I am 27 years old married and had pcos issue. I am trying to conceive. I calculated my ovulation day and trued to conceive. But now before 5 days of my expected periods today morning I experienced bleeding is that my periods or implantation bleeding? I have a mild cramp and tender breast no other symptoms. Please help im confused.
