Hello I had one episode of seizure on 2016 after then I am taking levetiracetam 1000xr and tapper dose to 750xr and now from few months I am on levetiracetam xr 500 and from three days I am taking desvenlafaxine 50 mg but today when I got scared because suddenly I saw my shadow so I had jerk for fraction of second is it myoclonic jerk?

Dear lybrate-user, it is difficult to comment whether it was a myoclonic jerk or not but I feel that it was not a myoclonic jerk, it was a reflex movement on suddenly viewing your shadow. You continue on same medication and follow up.
