I am taking levocetirizine 10 mg daily for my sinus problem since 1 yr. But now I am taking allegra 180. Are both the medicine are of same dose.

Dear lybrate-user, just relax. First of all post nasal discharge is no allergic nomenclature.in your case taking the same medicine for such a long time 1 year is most likely self medication, taking allegra in the dose is over medication. You may consult me without any hesitation. Yours sincerely.

Dear lybrate-user, both allegra and levocetrizine belong to class of drugs called antihistamines. As an ent surgeon, I do not recommend my patients to take these medication for any extended period of time. I recommend that you consult a good ent surgeon to correctly diagnose your condition since clearly the treatment you are taking seems not to be helping you.
