Hi I want to know about the hymenoplasty procedure and the side effects ,i was intimate with my fianc� for 2 years but due to some differences we broke our engagement in dec 2020 now I am getting married again and I want to go through hymenoplasty surgery. Here my question is after surgical hymenoplasty can some mone detect that she got some sort of vaginal surgery or stitches before? And are there any long term side effects?

Majority do not need whether one needs or not can be decided by gynecologist who examines you. For those who need procedure is done in such a way that it can not be detected. Side effects- like any surgery.
