There is difference in watery and not watery (little thickish) discharge. If your gynecologist examined you from below and advised nuforce cd3- means it is not watery discharge as per gynecologist. Your gynecologist has given you same to treat infection so do use.

You seem to be having a fungal infection. Using vaginal pessaries would increase the discharge but it is only the pessary which gets absorbed in the vaginal mucosa which gives the discharge. So nothing to worry. I presume you have also done an Ultrasound to check the amniotic fluid level in the uterus.

First of all watery discharge is normal in pregnancy. If it's white discharge or with itching or smelly then you need to worry. Also once you use tablet your discharge increases as it's tablet dissolved in the discharge.
