Nilm means that no intraepithelial lesion or malignancy (cancer). There is swelling and usually indicates that the cervix or mouth of the uterus is inflamed. The infection may be bacterial or fungal by nature. You may consult your gynae and she would give you antibiotics and some local application medicines. In the meanwhile, please maintain hygiene and things! would be just fine for you. Have a nice day.
