My 4 year has stomach infection since monday. Consulted with doctor and giving her oflon m and enterogermina. Vomikind and calpol 250 as sos. She was feeling better since friday. Frequency of loose motion got reduced but on saturday morning she again vomited. Again she has fever on saturday night. Its seems infection is still there. Its been 6 days on medicines and recovering slowly. She is getting weak day by day. Till how long antibiotic oflon m can be given? Is there a need to add another antibiotic like ziprax 100 mg? Please advice.
