Im suffering from hair fall at particular space on my scalp. I took terbinafine for almost 5 weeks no result has shown by them I also used terbest for a year but still no result. Itz dry type of scalp and some small pimples come and go at same area with changing position some time it seems totally clean but with time hairs again stars falling will you please suggest me some proper. Treatment thk you.
