I have diagnosed with kidney stone. There is a calculus measuring 0.45 cm in the middle pile calyx. Next in right ureter - dilated. Ureteric calculus measuring 0.55 cm*0.45 cm in the middle spindle of the dilated ureter at the iliac crossing. Taking medication currently for 2 days (silodosin, zerodol, pantocid and Dr. Reddy's potassium citrate oral solution). After taking only 1 time medication at night, I shocked that my sperms is not releasing out during masturbation, even though I have good erection. Is anything going wrong here? Also, these above mentioned tablets have more side effects? Please pour your advice. Thanks!
