Hello the above treatment is not for piles, it's for inflammation and infection. First get yourself checked up for proper diagnosis. If really you have piles then do following treatment for symptomatic relief. 1. Lots of fluids and fiber diet. 2. Do sits baths (hot water tub baths) thrice s day 3.
