My brother who is 12/years old. Experiences some burning sent and some bad cough smell issues after taking "kids otrivin nasal drop" I gave him that spray by 3 days/once.

Dear , otrivin is a very strong nasal decongestant and generally not to be used lightly. Since you don't mention the reasons for using this, probably we can presume he had some nasal symptoms. I would suggest that you arrange a consultation for your brother with an ent surgeon to get the appropriate treatment for him. In the meanwhile he can use saline nasal drops 2-3 drops 4-5 times a day and also plain steam inhalation 2 -3 times a day. Best wishes.
