I am 13 weeks pregnant and t21 values for double marker test are 1: 881. Nt is 1.6 mm and crl is 66.3, nasal bone and all organs seen in scan. My age is 35 and have no underlying diseases except hypothyroid which is in control (1.4 tsh). Please let me know if there are any chromosomal risk factor and if I should go for nipt test?

In double marker test considering reports, age etc. Soft wear of each lab gives you possibility incidence, one needs to check that.
