The reaction of disulfiram with alcoho has a wide spectrum your brother seems to have vomiting as predominant problem. It will be worthwhile giving him iv fluids normal saline of iso tonic glcuose saline to keep him hydrated and inj vit b12 in iv form, inj analgesic can be given for headache. If possible he can be taken to a clinic / or day care centre or you can get a compunder/ nurse to do thios at home for 1 day (mainly because of covid)
