I am 26 years old. I am unmarried. I am suffering from endometrium cyst. My bleeding was not stopping after taking normal hormonal tablets. Then I started taking the new hormonal tablet dienogest and ethinylestradiol related medicine as per the prescription of another doctor. Now I am not bleeding anymore but I am getting brown discharge. Is it an infection or menstruation? Or is it normal? Please help me. I am very confused.

You probably need a higher dose of ethinyl estradiol. If you are taking 30 mcg, make it 35 mcg. This should stop the spotting.

this is because of the improper priming of the endometrium it will settle if you add on some extra produce trance
