I have a temperature for about 4 days now and have high urea, low sugar, low vitamin d. I have a history of cardiac infarction. I have diabetes, high platelets as well. Coughing. I need help regarding the diagnosis of my illness. Should I get a cavity test done?

Firstly you need to get your covidtest done. Secondly you need to get your 2 d echo done to check for your ejection fraction which will give us a clue for the functioning of your heart which if reduced can cause such symptoms. You also need to get your usg done to find the problem with kidney as you are complaining of increase in urea and decrease sugar. You could probably have -1 covid 2. Pulmonary oedema with cardio renal syndrome. 3. Acute kidney injury on underlying chronic kidney disease.
