Last year in january I found out that I have pcod. The doctor gave me contraceptive pills and I took them for like 3 months then had irregular periods again so I consulted my doctor and she gave me those pills again and asked me to get a check-up in february this year but due to some problems I couldn't go for the check-up and had my ultrasound and I did not get periods in february and march, then one day I saw the advertisement of namyaa's tablet for pcod and pcos and it's a syrup for delayed and irregular periods and is continuing it. I got my periods in april but for the first few days, it was just spotting and then it started bleeding very heavily for like 10 days I took the regestrone tablet for 3 days and my periods stopped and then after 2-3 days it started again and the bleeding ias moderate. I continued taking the tablet for 3 days again and this time the bleeding isn't stopping and i'm having very bad pain in my pelvic area. What should I do now? Please tell me the treatment details. The pain is killing me.

You can either take another course of contraceptive pill for 3 more months. Or you can take regesterone 5 mg thrice daily after food for 3 more days. Once the bleeding stops, make it twice daily for a week and after that once daily for one more week. You can continue your other tablets but continue check up and advice of your doctor and maintain healthy lifestyle and diet.

pain in the uterus may be because of thickened endometrium because you didn't get your period for a long time so just do an ultrasound scan if it is very thick you will have to be supported with progesterone levels to get the period out it's called as medical curettage
