Hii, dryness of hands along with peeling of skin may be due to causes like eczema or keratolysis exfoiativa. Also excessive handwashing, exposure to chemicals, sanitizer allergy may cause excessive dryness & itching. Cotaryl cream (urea based moisturizer) twice dailly should ideally help in this condition. However for proper diagnose and treatment you must consult a dermatologist online or offline. I guess we would need to add a few more oral or topical medicines for better management of your condition.
