I have pcos, taking medication for pregnancy, this month taken letroz 2.5 mg 2 to 6 days and a follicular test left ovary 11th day 15*13 mm et 7.1,13th day 16*14 mm et 7.3 minimal ff ,15th day 19*14 mm et 8.9 mild ff. When does egg releases? Does it release? Please help me out of confusion.

Hello! by the information you have given it looks like the egg has still not released as the follocle is still there. When that follicle releases the egg, usually the fluid inside comes out and it collapses so that on scan you will not be able to see the follocle anymore. Better way to say if its ruptured o or not is to look at your scan images. That time can comment with surity.

Egg usually releases at 20 mm. You can either take a beta hcg injection of 10000 iu im in the evening. Or you can wait for it to release on its own. Indulge in intercourse as much as possible. Get folliculometry after one or two days to confirm ovulation has taken place. If you miss your period do a urine pregnancy test.
