I am 19 years old. I feel breathless while sleeping. My chest feels as if there is a huge load on me. Also my pulse rate is mostly above 100. I do have sinus issues. I have frequent headaches and it?s always the left head. We haven?t consulted any doctor for this. Could you please let me know what exactly this might be.
