Hi m 22 m suffering from piles from last 1 year but I do not have any kind of pain problem only I have I got excess of bleeding but now when I poop it bleed little bit because m taking medicine daflon but when I stand up after I poop then it bleed so how to get eid of that and the masse.

Hello. First of all I would suggest youbtonget yourself examined by a proctologist or a general surgeon to diagnose you properly. Every bleeding per rectum should be properly examined. Till then do nothe following. For symptomatic relief. 1. Drink lots of fluids and take fruits. 2. Avoid non veg for some time. 3. Do sits baths (hot water tub baths) thrice a day. 4. Take tablet aldosmin 1gm twice a day for two weeks. 5. Apply osil cream locally thrice a day. 6. Take softovac granules bed time with water.
