12 days before I had a sex it was protected sex but after we finished we did a mistake accidentally the little sperm came out from the top of the condom and fell onto the top of my vagina it was all messy we cleaned it completely after that. I have hormonal issues and have irregular periods even before our intercourse my periods was 30 days delay. I was so worried about the intercourse that I took 5 tablets of mistropostol 200 mcg after 5 days just to get periods so I can be sure that it was not pregnancy but no bleeding occur so after 2 days which make it a week later of intercourse I did urine pregnancy test it was negative also. Previous month my doctor prescribed me dydrogesterone tablets for irregular periods. So I am taking it now just to trigger periods so I can be sure that it is just irregular cycle not a pregnancy please help me.

You should have taken ipill or unwanted as misoprostol doesn't work this early. Taking dydrogesterone won't trigger period if you have conceived, rather it may help the pregnancy. You have two options, either get a copper t placed or you can wait for 14 days more and repeat the urine pregnancy test. Stop the dydrogesterone that may get your periods back if you have not conceived.

If it has fallen on vulva, then there is very unlikely that you will get pregnant. But it has fallen inside vagina then there is chance. Also taking misoprostal if for abortion ,and for getting periods. You need to take norethisterone or medroxyprogestrone acetate for getting periods.
