Hello I just want to say that breast milk is best milk in this world. Initially it's a problem for mothers as proper latching is not attained especially with first time mother. My kind advise please don't look for any alternative. Try take support from a family member to establish latching. Look for local causes like flat nipples. I still feel switching to formula feed is not a good option especially in this pandemic period until no options left.

Hi. Breast milk is the best milk for the baby. You need to train the baby. Position should be propermother has to sit straight and give feed for furthur discussion, consult online.

Mother's milk is the best for babies. If you are feeling difficulty to feed your baby then problem may be wrong feeding techniques and some local problem at breast like inverted nipple. Before going to start any formulae feed please contact to your paediatrician or gynae doctor who will teach you the proper technique .hope answer the question.
