My father's effusion report is negative with no malignancy. He had fluid filled in lungs. But there are some metastatic deposits in his lungs according to the ct scan. Is this cancer or something else. Previously he had a low grade sarcoma on arm which was removed through surgery and radiation. He has trouble breathing.

Required further evaluation like a lung biopsy or it can be a metastasis with primary being elsewhere in the body.
