I have first time hemorrhoids. And there is no active bleeding also. It is very small out of anus, doing all remedies. Actually I have own marriage after 20 days and I don't want to show this diseases to my wife, Please give me best solution.

Don't worry about it If it is bleeding or painful or not able to sit then consult a surgeon before marriage Otherwise try to consult later any way you have to consult because it will progress slowly Meanwhile eat good fibre food it will soften the motion Stop smoking or alcohol in case if you do Drink plenty of water Sleep enough during the nights Avoid junk food, oily foods,processed foods Include more vegetables and fresh fruits to your diet.
