I am 12 years girl have eczema in my foot from last 7/8 months Initially it was small spot give pain spots are in damage condition some skins brost below my foot.

there are many ayurvedic medicines for this purpose like ras manikya ras...gandhak rasayan....panchnimbadi churna....panchtikta ghrit guggul...arogya vardhini vati...khadirarishta....marichyadi oil...pranacharya B clean syrup..take these medicines by consulting with a good ayurvedic doctor..,but you have to strictly follow diet...and regularly take medicines for 6 months...
