I was taking hair cut and suddenly there is a cut near my ear by the barber it was minor but enough to get blood and a small drop of blood came. The razor was dipped into the Dettol solution before use and the barber used the new blade so please tell me is there any chance that any type of std or HIV can be transmitted. Please tell me.
