Hi, my age is 36. I have been married for 10 years. My wife lost pregnancy due to miscarriage in 2011 and in 2013 we lost child due to premature delivery. Since then we are trying for a child. Recently I have done my semen analysis test. My sperm count is 15 millions/ml active motile 50% sluggishly motile 30% non motile 20% puss cells 3-5/hpf also I have done lh, fsh, tsh and protein tests. Below are their results tsh 3.10 miu/ml lh 2.54 miu/ml fsh 1.39 miu/ml prolactin 7.04 ng/ml please let me know the process of treatment and how long it will take to get the normal sperm count.

Instead of focusing on sperm count focus on treatment for getting wife pregnant. Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time. In view of age before you plan pregnancy understand and accept high risk for mother and baby both in view of age. In view of age select that treatment which gives fast result.
