I have to take saline water daily its nasomist x due to blockage in my nose becoz of blood vessel which switches so is it safe.

Hi lybrate-user, depending on your symptoms, there may be other effective treatment options. For example, some benefit from the use of a neti pot with saline solution to relieve allergies or to clear nasal congestion. U can use sadbindu oil for ,2.2 drop for long term bases. Saline water is safe ,if you notice any stinging, it may be due to preservatives in the saline nasal spray you are using. In that case, look for preservative-free products or make your own saline solution. And regular exercise and pranayam is more beneficial and must for your condition.
