I got miscarriage in april 2021 last week by surgery, since that time I am suffering from bleeding till now bleeding did not stopped. Some times it bleeds as healthy some times it bleeds with clouds. And some times it bleeds less quantity and some times in heavy quantity. While bleeding it doesn't pain. 1) since long time it's bleeding so is it risky? 2) I consult to my doctor so she said it's normal in few cases it happens and gave a tablet (trapic e) for 5 days. One tablet in morning and one in night. After taking tablet bleeding didn't stops. 3) does periods comes in this situation?

If even after taking trapic for 5 days bleeding doesn't stop, you need an ultrasound to rule out any products of conception left behind. Once the bleeding stops fully, period will start coming after 1-1&1/2 months.

Hello! Bleeding cannot be considered as normal if it is continuing for such a long time. Kindly get a scan done to check for any retained bits. Also need to rule out infection. Periods would be a little erratic after a miscarriage, but bleeding wont last for so long.

Hi yes it is common to bleed after miscarriage but I should not bleed maximum a month. Later on you should get your regular period and this is how it is but if you are not able to experience the same it's high time you do the ultrasound scan to know the endometrial thickness and to rule out retained products of conception based on that we can take a call contact directly with an ultrasound scan report for more details and discussion.
