I am 23 years old female and I am suffering from piles which has been reappeared again 4 times in past 4 months. For first time it was after 3 months then after 10 days and now just after 5 days, this time I have seen blood stains on stool. I have used stool softener syrup past 3 times and himalaya pilex tablets. I usually have sitting of 10-12 hrs every day due to studies from past 8 months may be this is the reason but I can't reduce it. Please help me out it is very painful. I have enough fibre intake also.
