I am a 16 year old female. I tested positive for covid on the 9th of may. I am having stomach ache an 1: 30-2 hours after eating everyday. For the past 3 days. I have taken medications like for gastritis. The pain definitely reduced when I took the medications. But it has come back again. I had done a usg 3 weeks back. Everything was normal. Except there was splenomegaly. I have also got both arm pain from the elbow to the fingers, and right back pain. My bp has been low these few days. It was 106/53 in the afternoon when I last checked. I was treated for gastritis 13 days back. I had moderate pain nothing severe in my abdomen. Colonise forte, riflux forte, rabsole dsr each of them for ten days. Did not improve.
