I am now 41 years old male. I am a teacher, I used to teach standing for 3-4 hours daily. Now in pandemic I need to teach in seating position online for 3-4 hours daily. I am experiencing a shooting pain in right buttock when I seat even for 30 minutes. As I stand up I find muscles stiffness in lower right side back area and below right knee and the calf of right leg. I done x-ray but doctor says nothing is there need to do mri to know is any vein pressed under spine or muscle issues in buttock region. I do not experience any pain in standing position. What shall I do? Is mri necessary of any exercise, yoga, medicine from unani, ayurveda or homeopathy will help me. I have been given capsules indocap sr for 5 days. It works only for 15-16 hours, I do not feel pain for that time but later it resumes. I found the pain is shifting in the buttock, calf, lower right back region. Please help.
