Is it okay to take pantoprazole 40 mg in the morning and ranitidine 150 mg in the evening? Are there any interactions with alcohol with these drugs?

These medicines should never be taken continuously over a long period of time as it will increase chances of infections and iron deficiency. It is essential to eliminate the main cause of your problems instead of taking antacids continuously. Pantoprazole has no interaction with alcohol, but ranitidine increases blood alcohol levels.
