I'm a 24 y/o male. I've noticed over the course the past one year that my resting heart rate is consistently over 90 bpm. I don't smoke or drink or do drugs. I don't have any other symptoms associated with it either but i've had moderate anxiety problem since childhood. I'm really worried about my rhr. I consulted my gp a few months ago and he had an ecg done only to find that it was normal overall except for sinus tachycardia. Should I consult a cardiologist?

No you don't need for now, do regular exercise, yoga, do deep breathing exercises, this will be fine.
