I had cyst in my ovary, I used to have periods twice in month, Dr. recommended me ovral g for regular periods. Plus I was having severe hair fall due to that. I'm taking that pill since 3 4 months and it benefited me. But this month due to some reason I couldn't start that pill on time, it has been 9 days since my bleeding stopped. Problem is my hair fall has increased drastically. So can I start pill now? Would it affect my period schedule?

hi if the pill is used for a simple cyst recheck with an ultrasound scan to see if the cyst is already disappeared since the hair fall is there because of the pill if you stop the pill automatically it will regrow

There is no problem in restarting the tablet but the period will come a little delayed. But it's better to rule out any other causes of hair fall. Get your thyroid levels checked and consult a dermatologist.

Better to wait for the next period and start the pill on time.
