I am 21. I had medroxyprogesterone 10 mg for 10 days and then after 3 days I bled for 10 days and then it looked like it was gonna stop but then heavy bleeding started again. And this heavy bleeding continuing for 2 days. I feel weak. I have been bleeding for half a month so weakness is normal. But what should I do. Pls help. I should mention that I have been having irregular periods since I was 13 and I took the medroxyprogesterone now because my last natural period had been 6 months ago.

Take ovral g for 21 days for 3 cycles. Also take iron tablets and also take foods rich in iron in your diet. You will need workup later. Once your periods regularise, get your thyroid and prolactin levels checked as well as an ultrasound scan of lower abdomen and pelvis.

The purpose of taking a withdrawal bill is to get the period out but we need to know the endometrial thickness based on which we can make the bleeding stop or it should come out or not because the age of yourself is very young of 21 years it can be because of hormone imbalance ovarian cyst.
