I am 52 years old have dm from 15 years. Present fbs is 170, ppbs 245. Triglecerates 240. Using 25units insuline two times. Matforminf 500mg twice. Bcomplex one. Piogliazone15 once. Acarbose 2 from 10 days. Having hp also. Using cardace 5mg any more?

You diabetes is uncontrolled. You can increase metformin to 1 g twice a day. Also acarbose should be taken 3 times a day before meals. Also ensure that insulin you are using is kept in proper cold chain.
