Dietary options like high rich protein diet and increase secretions helps you to have a better milk production but then it is medicines which is a temporary option if the baby feeds the mother and have a good sleep with gradual increase in weight it is a normal sign that the baby is having adequate milk.

If baby is growing weight as per the standards, breastfeeding is sufficient. Let the paediatrician judge that. And for increasing breastmilk, take a healthy diet, good amount of water, and good sleep. If still supply doesn?t increase you should consult gynaecologist for medical advice.
