Ovarian cyst size dated 20/2/2021- rt ovary 58�53�50 mm vol 79.6 cc, left ovary 29�22 mm dated 04/03/2021- rt ovary 46�47�44 mm vol 51. 00 cc, left ovary 31�30 mm dated 10/07/2021- rt ovary 54�44 mm, left ovary 34�30 mm please suggest whether cyst size has been decreased/ increased over a period of 5 months whether I should continue novelon tablets or not. Taken novelon tablets twice a day for 1 month and once a day for subsequent month and then stopped.

It appears that the cyst is reducing. If you are not planning a baby, you can continue the novelon once a day for some more months as it will prevent the development of new cysts.
