Hello. Rice bran oil is a good option with important nutritional benefits. The ideal way to use an oil is to maintain a oil cycle. Make sure the consumption of oil does not exceed 500mL per month per adult person. minimum two different types of oil should be used in a cyclic manner. for example lunch and dinner can be cooked in two different types of oils. or else, 15 days one type of oil and next 15 days other type of oil. this balances the essential fatty acid intake. using same oil for months may not meet the requirement of essential fatty acids. Thank you.

Hello Sir, Greetings from your Ayurveda wellness Coach. Generally, science says, we need to keep changing the cooking oils maybe in rotational basis. For your query, rice bran oil is good for all your family members and after a month or so, you can again change the oil. Sometimes only ground nut oil causes some dyslipidemia issues in elders.
