I have pcod, since 1 year I did not get my period. After 1 year, I have taken regestrone tablet, when I was taking regestrone 5 mg tablet, my lower abdomen was cramping, but after taking last dose of regestrone, ni any cramps on my lower abdomen. Today is 3rd day after last dose of regestrone. Now my question is that is there any chance to get my period within 7 days?

If previously you used to get cramps before your periods there is a higher chance of getting them. You will need to wait for atleast 14 days now. If you still don't get your periods, you need an ultrasound scan.

One can not say or sure that it will begin in a week but it usually does. There are many non hormonal medicines also for pcod. If you are interested you can start those after medical advice.
