After corona infection, I am facing bleeding with stool, also etching at anus. I am started fibrous food from last two-three weeks and applying diltiazem 2% gel but still facing issue and hard stool at the beginning. What can be done further?

Passing hard stools may cause anal fissure that is small cut in anal skin, which leads to burning or itching and blood in stools. To avoid constipation drink plenty of water 3-4liters / day, take high fiber diet and do physical activity. To treat constipation, you have to take laxatives till fissure heals.
