Since few weeks, around my penis or below foreskin swells for sometime and has become red and feels itchy as well as sometimes white fluid like substances also comes below the foreskin and feels pain while urinating while it is swollen. I am 21 years old and have never done sex. Please answer it to help me. If possible, suggest me the home remedy or I need to consult a doctor of my country.
