I am 23 years old woman. I feel something is stuck in my throat, something like mucous. It doesn't hurt when I swallow not does it hinder breathing. It feels the most when I swallow saliva or drink water. It is not very prominent when I swallow solid food. Sometimes it also feels there while I don't eat, drink of swallow anything. I feel nothing is wrong with my stomach, in case it could be seen as a digestion or reflux problem. But I really want to get rid of it. Regards. Thank you.

Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc. Till lockdown do suryanamaskar every day. for this homeopathy offers good results.
