I have a itchy rash on each side of my testicles and at the base of my penis, the skin gets dry and flakey. I currently use fordrm to keep it dry but if I do not, the rash sometimes gets a bit watery. Can anybody advise me what this is likely to be? and how it can be treated? thanks
