My mother aged 75 years has approx 6 mm kidney stone in right kidney in lower calyx. Again small calculi measuring upto 3 mm are see in bilateral kidneys. Small cyst is seen in right kidney (8 mm) with cyst wall calcification. Her creatinine is 1.12 (done at lalpathlabs reference upto .9 normal. The urologist prescribed aquazide 12.5 (1 tablet at bedtime for 15 days) and portrate mb6 syrup (2 teaspoonful twice a day for 6 weeks. She has been advised to drink 2-3 litres water everyday. The urologist said after 1 month if the stone does not come out, he will perform rirs on 6 mm kidney stone. Is there any chance the stones will come out naturally?
